Services

Individual therapy
When we experience challenging life situations, it can feel lonely and isolating.  Through individual therapy you will have an opportunity to share your story with me, free of judgment and with compassion for the struggles you are facing.  Everyone has a unique story to tell and your story deserves to be told.  Together, we can work towards  identifying negative ways of managing stress, battling negative thoughts about yourself, finding your strengths and reaching your full potential.
Couples therapy
As humans, we naturally connect with others and we may experience difficulties in relationships that are important to us or you may be at a place in your relationship where you are ready to take the next step.  Through couples work, we can work towards better communication, asserting our needs and creating healthy boundaries.  Whether you are building a life together, experiencing differences, or faced with difficult changes, we can work together to improve your relationship.
Family therapy
Families experience various changes that are difficult to adjust to.  Through family work, we can identify barriers that are impacting the way we interacting at home and how that is impacting each individual.  Utilizing various techniques, we can improve ways of communicating, asserting our needs and creating healthy boundaries, similar to couples therapy.
